FC Dallas has signed 21-year-old defender Carlos Rodriguez, pending receipt of his P-1 Visa and International Transfer Certificate, the club announced today.
Per league and team policy, terms of the deal will not be disclosed.
Rodriguez is a familiar player for FC Dallas as the side faced Rodriguez during his time with Tauro FC twice in CONCACAF Champions League group play last season.
"We liked what we saw in him during Champions League last year," said FC Dallas head coach Schellas Hyndman. "He's athletic with a good work ethic and he's young at 21 years old. He can play both left and right side full back and is attack-minded. We were looking for another player to give us balance and depth in our defense, and I believe Carlos will do very well in MLS."
