FC Dallas midfielder Bruno Guarda has been fined $750 by the MLS Disciplinary Committee for kicking a ball into the crowd and making an offensive gesture against Philadelphia Union.

The incident occurred at half-time of the May 15 clash at Lincoln Financial Field and although it wasn't dealt with on game day, the incident was reviewed and the fine handed down.

Dallas have also decided to issue the 24-year old Brazilian with a one-match ban which he will serve in Thursday's clash with the LA Galaxy.
