Stephen Keel has been snapped up by FC Dallas after being selected by the club in last month's MLS Re-Entry Draft.

The 29-year old defender joins the Texan outfit after spending the past two seasons with New York Red Bull where he made 27 appearances. Prior to that, Keel played for the Colorado Rapids between 2005 and 2008 before his 2009 shift to Portland Timbers.

Keel joins homegrown signing London Woodberry on the Dallas roster.
