FC Cluj are finalising a deal for Juventus winger Jorge Martinez.

Martinez has no part in Coach Antonio Conte's plans and failed to secure a transfer during the summer window, but in some countries the market is still open.

It's understood the 29-year-old Uruguayan winger is already in Romania to undergo a medical with Cluj.
