FC Cluj, Otelul Galati go for Everton striker Joao Silva

Everton are set to sell Joao Silva this month.

A Bola says the Romanian transfer window does not close until the middle of February, which means Silva is able to leave Goodison Park - and clubs in Romania are circling.

Otelul Galati and FC Cluj are both keen on the young forward, who is currently on loan at Portuguese side Vitoria Setubal.
