Former England coach Derek Fazackerley fears for former club Blackburn Rovers' future if they're relegated.
The defender, who was known at Rovers as 'Mr Consistency' has gone on to enjoy an illustrious' coaching career, including spells at Blackburn, Bolton, Newcastle United and most recently Manchester City. Fazackerley, 57, was also assistant manager under Kevin Keegan for England and is now back in the lower leagues as first team coach at League One Huddersfield.
Fazackerley told the Lancashire Telegraph: "For a club like Blackburn, relegation would be an absolute disaster. Look at Norwich, Charlton, Nottingham Forest and Southampton, all big Premier League clubs only a few years ago. If it were to go, I believe it would be very, very difficult to get back."
