The father of Barcelona star Neymar says they want to state their case.

Neymar's father has been called to speak in court regarding the complaint made by the Brazilian company DIS regarding his son's transfer from Santos to Barcelona.

“We want to bring this all to an end. It's time to say enough. If these attorneys are looking for attention, they've achieved it. We want to put and end to this subject and we're going to," he told Globo TV.

“We're going to clarify things in a definitive way. We wanted justice to resolve it, but now we are tired and we want to clarify everything as soon as possible."

He continued: “There is nothing against us. The judge has called for us to talk to learn about the transfer. If we've committed an error, there's no problem, but to accuse us of tax evasion has crossed the line."
