Frank Farina says he is willing to accept whatever punishment the Brisbane Roar board hand out to him.
The Roar coach has been suspended indefinitely by the club after being caught drink-driving on Saturday morning and although he believes he still has a place in the game, is prepared to cop any penalties on the chin.
Farina said he definitely would not be resigning from his position.
''No. I love the game too much. I love the club too much,'' the former Socceroos boss said.
''Whatever the board deem [I'll accept], I don't have any defence apart from what I've just said.
''They have been fantastic to me since I've been here. They're a good board.
''I'll cop it but I still think I've got something to offer here for the club and for the game.''
Assistant coach Rado Vidosic has taken over as coach for the time being and if Farina is sacked, current captain Craig Moore has been earmarked as a potential playing coach and recently retired player Stu McLaren has also been linked with the job.
