Sheffield Wednesday chairman Milan Mandaric is offering season-tickets for next season in the Championship cheaper than 2009/10 prices. The Owls clinched automatic promotion back to the Championship this season and topped League One's home attendance chart with an average of 21,336 at Hillsborough.

Mandaric said: "I'm so proud of our supporters, who gave us such incredible backing over the course of our promotion season.

"Of course, we are now a Championship club and we already have nearly 10,000 season-ticket holders joining us on our next journey.

"But we would like many, many more and have tried to make our football for next season in the Championship as affordable as possible."
