Chelsea midfielder John Swift was on target for Brentford in their 3-0 win at Charlton Athletic.

Visiting Brentford were far superior and caretaker-manager Lee Carsley fully-deserved his third win on the bounce.

Swift opened the scoring for the visitors with a 26th-minute header.

Carsley substituted Swift midway through to second-half to a standing ovation from away fans.
