Falkirk striker Pedro Moutinho says he is still in discussions about prolonging his stay with the club. The SPL outfit have offered the 30-year-old improved terms to extend his stay from January until the end of the season, but these have been turned down by the Portuguese striker.
He told the Daily Record: "They have offered me a new contract so there is progress but nothing has been completed yet.
"I need to know what I'm going to be doing after the St Johnstone game (on 2nd January) and want to sort my life out as quickly as possible. I don't want the uncertainty hanging over me.
"I am happy at Falkirk and I am glad they have offered me something but we are still talking and still negotiating."
