Radamel Falcao is delighted with his current form for Atletico Madrid.

Falcao has played a leading role in Atletico's three-game winning run with five goals, and the Colombian striker is happy with the club's recent success.

"The work we have been doing, the sacrifice, it is all paying off," Falcao told reporters. "The team is convinced of what it wants.

"We have improved, which has allowed us to turn our situation around.

"We know where we are: out of the European places. If we get a good result against Valencia [on Sunday], things will improve. If we do things right, we will keep growing."
