AS Monaco ace Radamel Falcao can understand James Rodriguez considering his options at Real Madrid.

Don Balon says James is growing tired of his situation at Real and his diminishing status.

The Colombian has been linked with Chelsea, Manchester United and PSG this season.

And national teammate Falcao can see why James is becoming fed up.

"When you do not play, you are not happy. It is normal," said Falcao, who spent the past two years in England with United and Chelsea.

"It happens to all players, it has happened to me."
