Radamel Falcao has admitted to friends he regrets joining Manchester United. The Colombian striker has failed to live up to expectations at Old Trafford since arriving in a £6m loan deal from Monaco.
United can make his move permanent in the summer for £43m but Falcao is reportedly not expecting to be at Old Trafford next season.
The Daily Mail reports sources close to the player, claim he is convinced he joined the wrong club.
Liverpool were thought to be prepared to pay Falcao's huge loan fee and £265,000-a-week wages last summer but the move broke down when United swooped for the player.
