Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas is s very wise man according to teammate Kieran Gibbs.
Fabregas' role as skipper was questioned by young Gunner Denilson earlier this week but Gibbs has quickly jumped to the defence of the Spanish midfielder, saying he did all he could to help him through his injury woes of the past season-and-a-half.
"For such a young person, Cesc has a wise head. He's helped me greatly. I can only thank him," Gibb said.
"He was very good when I was injured. I spent quite a bit of time with him away from training as well. I won't lie - it has been annoying seeing the team play and you are limping off after 15 minutes.
"It has been frustrating but hopefully I can put that all behind me and keep going. My team-mates have been fantastic, they are always there telling me, 'Don't worry about it'.
"They have been through what I have and are telling me it is not just me. They have had the same experiences."
