Fabio Liverani has been named new manager of Leyton Orient.
Liverani, a former Italy international, has previous coaching experience with Genoa.
"Leyton Orient have today appointed Fabio Liverani as manager," the English League One club confirmed on its official website.
"Liverani, a former Italy international, has managerial experience with Genoa in Italy and has signed a two and half year contract with the club.
"The new manager brings with him new members of the backroom staff with Marcello Donatelli (assistant manager) and Maurizio Cantarelli (fitness coach) also joining the club.
"Mauro Milanese will return to his previous role as Sporting Director, whilst the existing backroom staff will also remain at the club.
"The new manager met with the players and staff at the O's training ground today (Monday) and will take full control from tomorrow (Tuesday)."
