Melbourne Victory striker Ney Fabiano has had his nine-match ban downgraded. The Independent Appeal Committee upheld the appeal made by Fabiano and the Victory in relation to the sanction for the offence and have reduced it to six games, allowing the Brazilian to play next in Round 11.
