The agent of Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano admits the chances of making a move to AC Milan are receding.

"I am pessimistic. Milan have made a £12.5m offer. The figure isn't sufficient to acquire the Brazilian centre-forward," Jose Fuentes said.

"The offer is less than the value of the footballer. Sevilla cannot do it and have all the reasons not to do it.

"Now we cannot see if there will be a second offer from Milan, but if they do not make this second offer it's clear that they do not have all this interest in buying Luis Fabiano.

"We are not angry. We are unhappy. We are not worried because life goes on. We are unhappy because we were set on the idea of going to Milan.

"Milan said that they wanted him. Luis told the entire world he wanted to go to Milan and now instead it's very probable he will not go to Milan because they will not reinforce their first offer."
