Tottenham midfielder Nabil Bentaleb is an England target.
The Mail on Sunday says the FA are interested in persuading Tottenham Hotspur's French-born teenager Bentaleb to play for England.
Bentaleb, 19, has caught the eye of senior figures at the FA after making an impressive start to his career at White Hart Lane.
Bentaleb, who was born in Lille, France, to Algerian parents, has made one appearance for France Under-19s but that does not making him ineligible from representing England in the future.
