FA shocked by behaviour of Serbia U21 staff

The FA are furious with the behaviour of Serbia U21's coaching staff after the disgraceful scenes at the end of England's victory last night.

. Thugs hurled missiles at Stuart Pearce's team after their 1-0 win, coach Martin Thomas was BUTTED and Three Lions star Danny Rose suffered vile racist abuse.

Serbian players and staff also threw kicks and punches at their England rivals, while yob fans also hurled a SEAT at keeper Jack Butland.

Goalkeeping coach Thomas was headbutted by rival conditioning coach Andrija Milutinovic while Pearce's No 2 Steve Wigley was punched and kicked by several members of the Serbs' backroom team as he left the pitch.

Pearce added: "It got very volatile very quickly. But we all looked out for each other. Danny Rose has matured as a player and as a man."
