Pep Guardiola's side conceded early to their Championship visitors but soon kicked into gear and eased past the fifth round and into the final eight of the famous cup competition.

Within the blink of an eye, City were 3-1 up by the 38th minute when Aguero found fellow Argentine Pablo Zabaleta inches from goal and the defender duly acknowledged by side-footing home with consummate ease.
City's fourth goal came in the 73rd minute when Sterling fed Aguero with an inch-perfect cross which the star striker swept home for his second before his replacement Kelechi Iheanacho continued his solid scoring record by striking in injury-time.
Next on the agenda in the FA Cup for Guardiola and City is a trip to Middlesbrough on March 11, but they must first navigate a potentially tricky away game in the league at Sunderland on Sunday.
While it was a disappointing night for David Wagner's side, they have bigger fish to fry in the form of a home league clash with leaders Newcastle United as they strive to bridge the eight-point gap with the Magpies and enhance their Premier League promotion chances.
