FA CUP - 3RD ROUND DRAW: Man Utd host Reading, Arsenal meet Preston, Man City head to West Ham

The draw for the third round of the 2016/17 FA Cup took place on Monday.

Holders Manchester United will host Jaap Stam's Reading at Old Trafford in what will be a homecoming of some magnitude for the Dutchman.

2014 and 2015 winner Arsenal head to Championship club Preston North End while Manchester City have been drawn in an all-Premier League encounter with West Ham United in London.

Liverpool host either Newport County or Plymouth Argyle who clash in the second round replay next Tuesday, as do Notts County and Peterborough United, with the winner set to face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Tottenham Hotspur meet Aston Villa, Hull City and Swansea City will do battle, AFC Bournemouth will make the trip to Millwall, Middlesbrough are at home to Sheffield Wednesday, West Bromwich Albion host Derby County, Leicester City tackle Everton at Goodison Park, Stoke City are at home to Wolves, Southampton play Norwich City at Carrow Road, Crystal Palace are at Bolton Wanderers and Watford welcome Burton Albion to Vicarage Road.
