England FA vice-chairman Sir David Richards admits they're delighted with the early impact of coach Roy Hodgson.
Hodgson has been credited with providing the Midas touch which has transformed England's fortunes in Euro 2012.
Richards said of Hodgson's effect on the England squad: "The way they all want to work for one another and the comradeship behind the scenes is quite unbelievable.
"It's down to Roy. He seems to have that little bit of a Midas touch."
