Stoke have been given an extra 24 hours to decide whether to appeal Robert Huth's Football Association charge of violent conduct.

The defender was charged following a clash with Fulham defender Philippe Senderos in Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Craven Cottage that was missed by match officials at the time.

Stoke initially had until 6pm this evening to respond to the charge but that has been extended until the same time on Thursday.
