Stephan Lichtsteiner says he's willing to fight for his place at Juventus.

The Swiss defender had pushed to leave for Inter Milan last week, only for Juve to block the transfer.

Lichtsteiner told Bluewin.ch: "I am tied to Juventus until 2017 and until then I want to fight for the success of my team.

"I know that I was excluded from the list for the Champions League...

"But I will fight to the end to defend my place."
