Italian transfer guru Fabio Cordella isn't surprised hearing Manchester United are taking a close look at the Boonen brothers.
Indy and Seppe Boonen, who came through the youth system at Genk, have been trialling with United.
Indy, 15, is a left-back, while 13-year-old Seppe is a promising goalkeeper.
Cordella, who has been a sports director in club football across the world, including in Belgium with Saint Gilliose, says Premier League clubs will be able to snap up bargains in most club academies across the country.
He told tribalfootball.com: "Belgium for me is no longer a surprise. Even five or six years ago you could see the talent beginning to come through.
"I was always confident in their youth development. There was plenty of buzz about the Hazard brothers, even back in 2008."
Cordella, who has been linked with the Crystal Palace technical director's post, adds: "In every academy you'll find talent capable of playing in the Premier League.
"There's now a great spread of quality across the academy system in Belgium. British scouts would have no problem uncovering some real gems."
