Sevilla are being urged to be patient with newly appointed coach Vincenzo Montella.

Italian agent and lawyer, Valeri Militi, believes Montella can prove a big success in Spain - if given the time.

Militi, who's expertise is the LaLiga transfer market, told Tribalfootball.com: "There is a certain disappointment at Sevilla for the way Montella's work is developing right now.

"At this point, in fact, Montella hasn't brought the brightness they were expecting. Of course his methods could really work with the philosophy of his new club. The only issue lies in the fact that right now there could not be the needed patience for the positive outcomes.

"The victory against Atletico Madrid (last week) could give much needed fresh air to Montella."
