Italian agent Davide Lippi is adamant Antonio Conte won't walk away from his job at Chelsea.
Lippi's father, Marcello Lippi, was coach of Juventus when Conte ran their midfield and knows the Blues manager well.
Lippi is aware of the speculation that has swirled around Chelsea and Conte's future for much of this season, but is adamant the Italian manager is no quitter.
He told Tribalfootball.com: "From what I know, he doesn't want to leave the Blues. If Chelsea don't sack him, he will stay. Antonio is a strong man, he never leaves his work incomplete, unless he stops believing in it.
"He is a great man, a leader, a captain, he's always been, since he was a player. You can feel his will, his energy when he trains a team. He is not a quitter and he will prove it, do not think he is done, he will show you."
Lippi is adamant Conte can work through Chelsea problems this season - so long as he is supported.
He continued: "Conte is capable of bringing out the best in the team. Of course things seem to be disunited, but I know how he works and numbers are on his side."
Lippi also addressed the rumours of Conte returning to Italy to take charge of the national team for a second time.
"Then, if you are asking me if he could help the Italian national team... of course he could, he could be very useful for the national team, but as (FIGC chief Billy) Costacurta said, at the moment he works for Chelsea. For now it is right to give Luigi Di Biagio a chance to show his ideas and qualities.
"Costacurta and (Roberto) Fabbricini will make the right choice."
