Alaves boss Gianni De Biasi is excited by the talent of Barcelona loanee Munir, but the Italian says he must take caution with his young players.
The Catalan giants have high hopes for Munir, 22, after he impressed in his season-long loan with Valencia last season.
Alaves won their first game of the season last weekend, with Munir finding himself on the scoresheet. But given Alaves precarious position, De Biasi understands it will be difficult for him to develop a nurturing environment.
Speaking about the electric winger, De Biasi said: "Munir is a very talented boy, as I have many in this roster.
"They are all relatively young players, with many room for improvement; but, at the same time, I have to be careful because they could suffer in the situation like the one we are currently in."
