Former Wolves fullback Jelle van Damme has been branded a "fantasist".

Anderlecht president Roger Vanden Stock has blasted Van Damme after his move to Standard Liege this week.

"Jelle is a fantasist," rapped Vanden Stock.

"He just says what his story is and changes from day to day. Or better from week to week. In one month he was going to Anderlecht, Club Brugge and finally he's gone to Standard.

"He talks to himself constantly.

"He just undermines his credibility.

"He said the club Anderlecht was in his heart, but ultimately it is Standard. He is an unstable guy."
