Ben Watson has signed a new contract with Championship club Watford.
The 29-year old midfielder joined the Hornets from Wigan Athletic in January and has impressed so much that the Vicarage Road outfit offered him a new two-year deal.
Watson's initial deal with Watford was a short-term agreement until the end of the season but he has been a key performer in eight matches for Slavisa Jokanovic's side and will remain in Hertfordshire for two additional seasons with the option of a third.
