Former Wigan Athletic boss Paul Jewell believes Everton fullback Leighton Baines should move to Manchester United.
Jewell worked with Baines at the Latics.
"He's a terrific player, for me the best left-back in the country.
"He's a brilliant lad, not the sort to be knocking down the manager's door asking for a move but I'm sure he'd want the chance to win trophies at Manchester United. Everton will want a fair price and that bid is way below his value," former Liverpool striker Jewell told Sky Sports Radio.
