Carlton Cole and Gary O'Neil have materialized as targets for Premier League returnees Crystal Palace.
The pair are free agents after being released by West Ham United recently and would add strength and experience to Ian Holloway's Eagles squad.
29-year old striker Cole has attracted the attention of clubs in North America's MLS as well as QPR and Hull City whilst 30-year old midfielder O'Neil is still believed to be discussing a new deal with the Hammers.
