Former West Ham coach Kevin Keen has joined Crystal Palace.
Palace assistant boss Keith Millen says Keen is a good addition to Alan Pardew's backroom staff.
He told the Croydon Advertiser: "The manager wanted to change it a little bit. He wanted someone with experience of working with first team, Premier League players.
"Kevin has been at West Brom, West Ham and Liverpool, so he's worked with good players which is important.
"He started on Monday last week and obviously the manager knows him from West Ham. We get on well and he will certainly add something to us, whether it's a training session or a different opinion."
