Former West Ham United chief Gianluca Nani says Chelsea fans have plenty to be excited about.

Nani has been watching Chelsea's U18 team and isn't surprised they were willing to release Mohamed Salah to Fiorentina, where he is now starring.

"I saw Chelsea's U18s, there are potential champions there," Nani told TMW, discussing Salah's tough situation at Chelsea.

"It's normal he'd not play: we knew that Salah was a great player, but you can play only eleven.

"Chelsea are champions, incredible, and there plays Hazard, one at the level of Cristiano Ronaldo. There is Oscar, Willian: it is not that he did not play because he was not considered, but there are absolute world class players ahead of him."
