Former Aston Villa and England defender Ugo Ehiogu as been added to Peter Taylor's backroom staff for the England's U20 World Cup campaign.
The championships will be played in Turkey this summer.
Speaking to the FA website, he said: "I'm absolutely delighted to be involved, the call came as a welcome surprise.
"It should be a great experience and I hope that everyone can make the most of it, enjoy it and try to come back with the trophy.
"Peter Taylor has a lot of experience that I can tap into and learn from by being part of the back-room staff.
"I've seen Peter about at games, we've had a good chat about things and I'm really looking forward to joining up and working together.
"I've done a couple of prep courses and I start my A Licence in May, so it's something that I'm looking forward to it.
"I'm fortunate that I've been able to get some experience and regular work with Spurs, but there's a massive amount of knowledge to pick up and use."
