Former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has slammed Liverpool's defence after defeat at Hull City.

The Reds lost 2-0 to the Tigers at the KCOM Stadium - Liverpool's fourth defeat in their last five games.

“They can't defend, they're short at the back. There's question marks over the goalkeeper - whichever one plays," Redknapp told BT Sport.

“They've won one game in 11!

“Lucas playing centre-half? He can't play centre-half in a top four team. Never.

“And Matip playing alongside him, they're not good enough.

“James Milner has been fantastic but he's not a top-class left-back."
