Former Swansea boss Michael Laudrup is not being considered for the managerial vacancy at QPR after discussions with Tim Sherwood broke down. Laudrup is currently managing Qatari side Lekhwiya and had been the bookmakers' favourite, but is not believed to be in the running.
His agent Bayram Tutumla told BBC Sport that Laudrup wouldn't be moving anywhere until at least the summer when his current deal runs out, as "it's not easy to break a contract".
Tutumla added: "It is normal that people want Michael - he likes the Premier League."
QPR chairman Tony Fernandes believes he has identified the "dream manager" - but has not revealed who that is. He said there was "still a bit to go" to complete the deal.
