Former Sunderland captain Michael Gray fears they're facing the drop.
Gray was reacting to Sunderland's 1-1 draw with Hull City.
"They don't score goals - only Aston Villa have scored less goals than them," Gray told talkSPORT.
"They have drawn 14 games this season and won just four. They have got to change something.
"Hull last night, for the first 45 minutes I actually thought they played well, they wanted to get forward and score goals, and I don't see that when I see Sunderland play at the minute. That is something they have got to change."
