Former Sunderland manager Steve Bruce has been offered the Hull City job according to Sky Sport.
The 51-year old, who has also previously managed Sheffield United, Huddersfield Town, Wigan Athletic, Crystal Palace, Birmingham City and Wigan Athletic, is set to take over at KC Stadium after Nick Barmby was sacked last month.
Bruce has been heavily linked with the Tigers role over the past few weeks and it is believed that the club will make an official announcement in the next few days.
