Former Stoke City star Vince Overson spotted new England cap Jay Rodriguez as an 11 year-old.
Overson helped the now Southampton star sign for Burnley.
He said: "He has an unbelievable chance. I'm sure he's saying 'is this really happening to me?', but he'll take it in his stride."
