Former Tottenham striker Clive Allen says Harry Kane deserves an extended first team run.
Kane came off the bench to hit the winner at Aston Villa last Sunday.
Ex-Spurs coach Allen told talkSPORT: "I had a number of years working with him while he came through the youth system there and into the reserve group.
"He's a fantastic lad and has a wonderful knack of scoring goals.
"He gets in the right position and then, when he's given the opportunity, he's a good finisher and very clinical.
"He's not blessed with the best pace but he's very clever in his movement in and around the penalty box. I'd love to see him have a run of six games in the Premier League."
