Former Tottenham midfielder Darren Anderton hopes Arsenal ace Jack Wilshere can get beyond his injury woes.
Anderton became known as Sicknote after spending so much time on the treatment table, and doesn't want the same thing happening to Wilshere.
He told the Daily Star: "You would expect him to have double the caps he has.
"I know myself. My first 28 caps were starts but that was over 6 years or something ridiculous through injury. That is tough.
"You play when you shouldn't sometimes and when you do that you don't do yourself justice so he has to make sure he is 100 per cent right every game.
"It would be nice to see him just keep that going for three or four months. This is a massive season for him. He has to stay fit."
