Former Tottenham star Jurgen Klinsmann is being lined up as new manager at LA Galaxy.

The defeat by Chivas USA last Thursday left the Galaxy with three wins, nine losses and dwindling hopes of making the MLS play-offs.

Now ex-Germany coach and Spurs striker Klinsmann, who lives in LA, is in the frame.

Ex-Ipswich ace Yallop admitted: "It's not been easy because of the spotlight thrust on us.

"It's been kind of testing to be honest."
