Steven Caulker has left QPR by mutual consent.

The former Tottenham centre-back, who spent time at Liverpool on loan, made just four appearances for Ian Holloway's side this season.

He has now become a free agent ahead of the January transfer window.

Caulker revealed last season that he had struggled with gambling and alcohol during his playing career.
