Former Tottenham boss Tim Sherwood is prepared to drop out of the Premier League to return to work.
Sherwood came close to being employed by Crystal Palace last week only for Neil Warnock to get the nod.
The 45-year-old is prepared to work outside the top flight but warned he will only accept a position on his terms.
He told talkSPORT: "It hasn't got to be a Premier League club. I'll look at anything that comes up as long as it suits me. I want to make sure the next move is right - I don't want to go in and face an uphill task straight away."
