Former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp says Premier League managers should be seeking to sign Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard.
Both players have been linked with coaching roles, but Redknapp feels it is too soon.
"If I was the manager of one of the teams near the bottom of the table, I would be at the airport and wait for them to get off the plane to see if I could sign both," he told BT Sport.
'I would take Lampard if I was Alan Pardew (manager of Crystal Palace), he would get into their team, no doubt."
Gerrard, meanwhile, has been offered the manager's job at MK Dons.
