Former Tottenham boss Juande Ramos didn't like players confronting him, it has been claimed.
A source told the Sunday Mirror: "Ramos doesn't like confrontation.
"By and large the players who have gone in to see him to discuss club issues have been shipped out.
"The bigger personalities like Robbie Keane, Dimitar Berbatov, Paul Robinson and Pascal Chimbonda have been sold. The lads spotted that if they went in to see the boss they ended up out of the side, to prove he's in charge. David Bentley has become the latest one to voice his criticism. What's happened? He's been ditched."
