Oguchi Onyewu has not yet sorted his club future after seeing recent interest in his services dry up.
The 31-year old American defender is a free agent after being released by Portuguese club Sporting Lisbon late last week.
Onyewu, who calls Standard Liege, Newcastle United, AC Milan, FC Twente and Malaga his former clubs, had interest from a number of clubs in Europe.
German pair Stuttgart and FC Augsburg, Belgian side Club Brugge and Danish outfit FC Copenhagen had all been linked with Onyewu but nothing eventuated late in the transfer window.
