Former Spain coach Javier Clemente has questioned the hype around Neymar's move to Barcelona. The Brazilian will be unveiled to Barca fans today at the Nou Camp.
But Clemente is unimpressed and told Sport: "There are things I do not like ...
"The hype around him. The stuff that sometimes comes with some Brazilian players I do not like, I prefer simplicity. I do not like the hair cut with a Mohican, or painted green nails and a number of other eccentricities.
"And the Brazilian League is a crapshoot. When they reach Europe, players need time to adapt.
"Yes, when I see him on TV, Neymar does wonderful things. But football doesn't work like that.
"But hey, if Barca paid that price, say €60 million, and Real Madrid has also tried, I imagine he could be a good player."
